To begin, we only start with the highest-quality core materials: the purest and highest grades of aluminum wire, and steel wire produced to exacting standards in numerous grades that fit the specific application being called for. Our copper is the best and purest commercially available in the world, and we continuously spot-check samples of all our raw materials to ensure our standards.
Our process is far superior to other bimetallic processing methods in consistency and quality in the delivered product. Because we are only dealing with metals in their solid states, there is no inconsistency in thickness, no dripping, peeling or cracking to risk oxidation.
Finally, we perform both inline and destructive testing and controls on all our products to ensure that they meet our own exacting self-imposed high quality standards.
